In December 2009 I worked with Anna relocating my elderly mother here to Nashville from southern Florida.  It was a very complicated situation.

My mom was selling her Florida home to a man in Wisconsin & was being very poorly represented by her agent in FL. The condo we were buying for her here in Nashville was being sold by the owners (without representation)who were moving to SC!

Anna was amazing! She not only represented my mom & me with dedication & professionalism, she also went above & beyond correcting several situations in Florida for Mom where her agent dropped the ball.  In addition, Mom’s sellers here needed lots of assistance since they were not represented & Anna helped them so much that they were in love with her by the end of our process!

I can honestly say that Anna made our stressful situation a pleasure & I do not know how it could have gone any better.

Also, the fact that you are considering East Nashville (wish I lived there) is a bonus for you.  Anna lives in East Nashville & is an expert in that neighborhood.
